HiKR GROUND

Why visit

Most K-Pop venues in Seoul either charge admission or focus on one entertainment agency. HiKR GROUND is different: admission is free, and its K-culture experiences are not tied to any single artist or group.

Operated by the Korea Tourism Organization, it is a public tourism space rather than a commercial attraction. That public mission is what makes free admission possible.

The location is easy to combine with a central Seoul itinerary. It sits beside Cheonggyecheon, about a 2-minute walk from Jonggak Station, and pairs well with Gwangjang Market or Gyeongbokgung Palace.

What to do

The building spans five floors.

HiKR GROUND

K-Pop Ground / XR Live Studio

Dance to K-Pop and record a music-video-style clip on sets inspired by real production stages. This is the signature experience and often has the longest queue.

HiKR Wall

A large media wall on the first floor screens media art and videos about travel in Korea.

HiKR Cave

An interactive media zone introduces destinations across Korea and is useful when planning trips beyond Seoul.

HiKR GROUND

5th-floor lounge and Tourist Information Center

Relax with a view of Cheonggyecheon, pick up printed maps, ask about transportation, and get regional travel information. A café also operates on this floor.
