JENNIE to Release Digital EP 'Fallen Angel' on Aug. 28 — Floral Cover and Dreamlike Trailer Revealed

BLACKPINK's JENNIE announced on the 21st via her official social channels that she will release a new digital EP, Fallen Angel (Digital EP), on August 28 at 1 PM. Alongside the announcement, the album cover art and a trailer were unveiled.

The EP contains three tracks: the title song "FALLEN ANGEL," "HEAVEN," and the digital single "Less than a Lover," which was already released in July. JENNIE said she put into the project a desire to share memories of this summer with her fans.

The cover art shows JENNIE standing in the middle of a flower field wearing a white dress. The EP title Fallen Angel is arranged above her head in a crown‑like formation, enhancing the cover’s mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere.

The released trailer opens with fairy‑tale, dreamlike imagery and is led by the narration of a young girl: "Close your eyes like I do. We can fly — so freely." After that line, a series of quick, shifting scenes follow. In the latter part of the trailer JENNIE stares directly into the camera, and a portion of the title track’s audio is revealed.

Following July’s "Less than a Lover," JENNIE continues her music activities with this new EP about a month later. Songs she previewed on global festival stages are now being officially released on this record.
