The Incheon International Airport Corporation runs an official transit tour program that allows travelers with layovers under 24 hours to leave the airport and tour central Seoul visa-free. The program is designed so transit passengers can briefly experience the city during short waits between flights—an ideal option for K-culture fans hoping to get a quick taste of Seoul.
Eligible participants include citizens of visa-free countries as well as holders of visas for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and 32 European countries. To join, the passenger’s transit stay must be within 24 hours and they must meet the program’s official qualification requirements.
Registration takes place at designated airport desks. At Terminal 1, register after immigration at desks 19-20. At Terminal 2, registration is handled at desks 5-6 opposite Exit 4. Be sure to complete registration at least 30 minutes before the tour start time.
