Hwadam Forest fall foliage reservations open Sep 16 at 1 PM — visits Oct 23–Nov 15

Gyeonggi Province’s Gonjiam Hwadam Forest will open reservations for the 2026 fall foliage season on Wednesday, September 16 at 1:00 PM via the NOL app and website. Reservations cover visits from October 23 through November 15, and Hwadam Forest operates on a 100% advance-reservation basis, so on-site ticketing is not available.

To make a reservation you must register as a NOL member and secure an entry reservation for your preferred date and time slot in advance. During peak foliage the available slots can fill quickly, so it’s important to log in right when bookings open.

The monorail used for moving around inside Hwadam Forest requires a separate booking. Only monorail departures from Platform 1 can be booked online, and fares vary by section, ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 won.
